A Life Transformed by Jesus | The Free Gift of Salvation

A New Life in Christ


What is Salvation?


  • Salvation is God’s free gift, made possible by Jesus’ death and resurrection. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)
  • We all need a Savior because of our sin, which separates us from God. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)


What Does It Mean to Be Born Again?


  • Being born again is a spiritual transformation through faith in Jesus. “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.” (John 3:3)
  • It means a new life in Christ, where the old is gone, and the new has come. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” (2 Corinthians 5:17)


You Are Not Alone


  • The Holy Spirit lives in you, guiding and strengthening you.
  • You become part of a supportive community of believers.


Living with Purpose


  • Salvation gives you a purpose – to live intentionally and serve others. “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:10)


How to Receive Salvation


  • Believe in Jesus’ sacrifice and confess Him as Lord. “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)


Pray: “Jesus, I need You. Forgive my sins and make me new. I choose to follow You. Amen.”
